Hi! I'm Joel. After 11 years and 18,000+ hours of professional experience, I founded Lifestyle Physio & Wellness PLLC, to create space for evidence-based, positive physical training.
I received my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from UT Health Science Center in San Antonio in 2012, and then advanced certification in Vestibular Rehabilitation in 2022. I specialize in matching physical performance goals with their associated sensory feedback systems.
